Our counselling practice offers diverse and tailored services, addressing individual, relationship, and family concerns. With a deep commitment to self-exploration, empowerment, and anti-oppression, our counselling sessions provide a dedicated space for healing and personal growth where clients can explore their identities, highlight their strengths, and chart a course toward a fulfilling future. Our services are offered in-person and online in Vancouver and throughout BC.

Individual counselling offers you a space to focus on yourself. A one-on-one session provides the opportunity to explore who you are, where you come from and where you’re headed while exploring your strengths, patterns, and areas of growth in order to become the best version of yourself.
$155 - $165 / 50 mins (plus GST)
$232.5 - $247.5 / 80 mins (plus GST) -
Sessions offered in-person and online
Relationship counselling offers you a space to focus on the intricacies of your relationship. Focusing on what’s currently happening and how it’s affecting the way you connect with each other. Navigating your communication skills, trust in each other and/or sexual intimacy; we will work together to allow both people in the room feel heard and seen.
$190 / 50 mins (plus GST)
$285 / 80 mins (plus GST) -
Sessions offered in-person and online
Youth/teen counselling offers a safe and comfortable space for young folks to explore concerns unique to this age group. One-on-one sessions provide an opportunity to explore who you are and where you’re headed while navigating mental health challenges with or without caregiver involvement.
$155 / 50 mins (plus GST)

Sessions offered in-person only
Family/Relationship counselling offers you a space to navigate how you relate to others based on your family dynamics and upbringing. This space is for parents and adult children to navigate their current relationship and interactions, and also for non-monogamous relationships where more than two people would like to come in.

Frequently Asked Questions

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with BCACC, many insurance policies cover our services. Please check with your extended health provider to find out more. We do not offer direct billing at this time.

We accept all major credit cards or e-Transfer. A valid credit card on file is required for booking and payment will be processed via credit card unless otherwise discussed prior to the first session. We use JaneApp, a local Vancouver company, for storing all information. Personal information including credit card information is stored on an encrypted server and is PIPA compliant.

48-hour notice is required for cancellation. Please note that clients will be charged the full session fee, as agreed upon when booking, for cancellations within 48 hours including no-shows.

We offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions to clients who face financial barriers. Queer, Latinx and/or BIPOC clients will be prioritized. Please contact us directly for more information.
